- If less than 40% of lash extensions are left, please let us know ahead of time so we can upgrade the appointment. Upgraded appointments will have the added time we need to get eyelashes full. (classic and hybrid is $15, volume/russian volume is $25)
- If less than 20% of lashes are left or it's been over 4 weeks since last touch up, it is considered a full new set.
